It is not only about understanding the roots of a specific painful symptom and getting rid of it. It is also about unveiling the deeper symbolic meaning of the symptom, for that special individual and identifying his/her available resources to allow a more creative approach to life.
Dreams, imagination, and all forms of expression – beyond and in addition to words – are essential to open the different doors of each person’s psyche.
The individual, cultural, and collective narratives (symbols, myths, legends, traditions, fairy tales …) of each person are also an integral part of my approach and are welcome in the sessions.

Understanding where we come from, as part of who we are, is a condition to further explore who we choose to be.
The most important endeavor in the analytical process is to identify one’s unique place in life, revealing the more creative aspects of his/her personality.
It is the quest for a sense of authentic self-integrity and of one’s purpose (what Jung calls the “individuation process”) that guides the analytical relationship.
